Nachiket Paranjape

Nachiket Paranjape builds AI evaluation infrastructure at DoorDash. At AI Engineer World’s Fair 2026, he represented its AI Platform team as a software engineer leading the AI Evals initiative. His work makes quality assessment accessible to product managers and operations teams through shared datasets, annotation tools and calibrated automated judges.

Earlier at DoorDash, he led the ML Workbench initiative, bringing design and machine-learning infrastructure together to improve the model-development workflow. With Swaroop Chitlur Haridas, he advocates evaluation systems in which domain experts can define quality and improve agents directly.
