The @aiDotEngineer Summit was the most insightful and exciting conference I ever attended:
- Top-notch crowd of builders, AI engineers, AI ecosystem players. Every conversation I had was insightful.
- Main conference was preceded by full-day AI 101/201 workshops to help new entrants like myself catch up.
- HQ keynotes & workshops that brought you to the cutting edge across all areas of AI Engineering (AI Eng stack, emerging AI application design patterns, AI UX, Agents, ....)

This is a burgeoning community that you shouldn't sleep on.

They're doing a bigger event in Spring 2024 - if you're building with AI I highly recommend you join me in attending.

We killed the lazy "RAG track" everyone does, to refocus the industry on the core problems of augmenting LLM knowledge: top-k embedding and retrieval from internal data, and agentic search from external web and docs, across all modalities. A complement to the RecSys track.

The hotel's Yerba Buena Ballroom is the largest pillarless ballroom west of Las Vegas, and will serve as a centralized, comfortable location for keynotes, breakout sessions, the expo, networking, and food. One floor above is the Golden Gate Ballroom, serving as a dedicated space for workshops & breakout talks. Plenty of other salons and breakout rooms will serve as Expo Sessions and additional meeting space.
