Fujitsu North America

Fujitsu North America was reorganized in 2022 as a Fujitsu group company dedicated to services for North America. The restructuring brought regional services operations together within the group.

The company previously operated under the name Fujitsu Technology and Business of America. It became Fujitsu North America, Inc. in April 2022; that date marks a name change and business reorganization, rather than an established founding date.

During the same month, Fujitsu America transferred its US services business and shares in its subsidiary operating companies to Fujitsu North America. Both companies were Fujitsu consolidated subsidiaries, making this an internal consolidation, not an acquisition of an outside business.
