Where research meets
production

Asia is shipping AI at scale — from the labs and startups of Tokyo, Seoul, and Singapore to the platform teams across the region. AI Engineer Asia brings these builders together with the global research community in Tokyo.

Live demos, candid conversations about what’s actually working, and the cross-border connections that only happen when you put these communities in the same room.

Not a trade show. The people pushing the state of the art, sharing hard-earned lessons and building relationships across Asia’s most important AI hubs.

Welcome to
Tokyo

Tokyo is one of the most accessible global hubs in Asia. Direct flights from major US, European, and Asian cities land at either Narita (NRT) or Haneda (HND), and the Narita Express, Keisei Skyliner, and Keikyū lines connect both airports to central Tokyo in under an hour.

Most attendees from the US, EU, UK, and Korea can enter Japan visa-free for short stays. We’ll publish a full visa guide as the date approaches — join the mailing list for updates.

Narita & Haneda

30–60 min from central Tokyo

NRT (Narita) · HND (Haneda)

Direct flights from SFO, LAX, JFK, ORD, SEA, LHR, CDG, FRA, ICN, SIN, HKG, BKK, and many more. Haneda is closer to central Tokyo; Narita has more international long-haul service.

Tokyo by rail

Among the fastest, most reliable in the world

JR · Tokyo Metro · Toei

Suica or Pasmo IC cards work across all networks. Most attendees won’t need a rental car. Shinkansen connections to Kyoto, Osaka, and beyond are easy if you want to extend your trip.
